Are you interested in STEM and gender issues? We need social outreach coordinators who can reach out to local universities and who can also write. We need excited content creators for our social community and social channels. We are looking for undergraduate students or recent graduates in any human or science research-related STEM major and those who are interested in learning about user experience (UX) work on a social level. What is this Geeky Girl Reality gig? The "Geeky Girl Reality" is a research study focused on learning the experiences of women in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). We are currently collecting data from two global surveys: students enrolled in STEM programs at a university and professional women amid a STEM career. Your role as a Community lead for this project would be: assisting with social media assisting with outreach to STEM organisations and university programs - letting them know about our research and mission This is a remote, online role that will average 10 to 15 hours per week for 3 months - we use Skype, email and Google hangouts to communicate.
