Assistant programme co-ordinator

So who are we? We are the Trust’s leadership and management development team and we run a suite of programmes to support staff across Imperial.
What do we want? We are looking for an outstanding administrator to support our award-winning leadership and management development programmes. This individual will have responsibility for the co-ordination of a number of our leadership programmes. The programme co-ordinator will be responsible for promoting our development programmes, managing the application process, liaising with participants and facilitators and ensuring sessions run smoothly and efficiently. They will also support our evaluation reporting processes and be responsible for data management on our learning management system.
What do we expect? We expect that you will be proactive in managing the administration of our programmes in professional and structured way. We want you to be comfortable with technology as we are moving our training virtually. We are a small team and we all work in a flexible way to support each other as necessary. While you will have specific programmes to look after, we all help out when it is needed.
