At GM environmental, we are geared towards developing creative solutions to environmental challenges. You’ll develop an understanding of environmental compliance in large automotive manufacturing and non-manufacturing operations and sustainable initiatives, as you work closely with the facility’s Environmental Engineers implementing projects in water, waste and air programs. Additional Job Description
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences or related Environmental Science degrees
Must have a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale
Able to work fulltime, 40 hours per week
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to impart complex subjects to a wider audience
Emerging partnership and collaboration skills and ability to learn from and share knowledge with co-workers in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity, ability to deal with ambiguity, take initiative/self-directed
Evidence of strong character with integrity, honesty, accountability and trust
Consistently demonstrates innovative thinking that is customer-centric
