We’re helping businesses across the nation to respond to a massive increase in demand, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. Our customer service teams are handling over 100 million customer conversations every year. This includes helping people who are in vulnerable or stressful situations, as well as processing essential documents and information.

As a team leader, you’ll be there to support your team of customer service advisers as they deal with a number of customer issues and queries. Your guidance and advice will make sure that they can offer the best support they can to people across the country.

It’ll be your people skills and experience which will ensure your team will develop the right skills and values from the very start. What you’ll be doing:

  • managing and coaching your team of advisers and offering advice and feedback
  • supporting with the recruitment and training of the team
  • ensuring your team reaches client targets
  • developing client relationships and looking for new opportunities to improve
  • overseeing administration including payroll, performance reviews and compliance.

  • strong people management skills
  • experience of working within a customer service or sales environment
  • the ability to coach others and build strong development plans
  • clear communication skills with the ability to influence peers.
