We’re helping businesses across the nation to respond to a massive increase in demand, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. Our customer service teams are handling over 100 million customer conversations every year. This includes helping people who are in vulnerable or stressful situations, as well as processing essential documents and information.
As a team leader, you’ll be there to support your team of customer service advisers as they deal with a number of customer issues and queries. Your guidance and advice will make sure that they can offer the best support they can to people across the country.
It’ll be your people skills and experience which will ensure your team will develop the right skills and values from the very start. And you’ll inspire them to be productive and efficient, while offering the best service to our clients. Join us and empower greater support for the future of the UK.
