Chemours is seeking a Chemical Engineering Co-op to join our growing Technology team! This position will report directly to the Manufacturing Technology Staff Engineer at our Louisville, Kentucky location and will work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.

The Chemical Engineering Co-op will work closely with the Manufacturing Technology and Operations teams in managing day-to-day issues for the F22 Process. This will include project basic data development, technical troubleshooting, performing tests and trials, data collection and analysis, and field interaction with operators / mechanics. 

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Support of the Louisville F22 process
  • Data collection and analysis
  • Completion of key projects / technical tests 

In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:

  • Current enrollment at an accredited university as a sophomore or above 

The following skill sets are preferred by the business unit :

  • Previous internship or co-op experience in chemicals industry
  • 3.5 GPA or above
