We are looking to appoint a Junior Network Technician to integrate into our existing support team providing second-line support for the Digital user population. Applicants should have experience of working in a similar role, preferably utilising ITIL processes.
You must have advanced experience supporting and deploying Cisco networking in high availability enterprise environment, and have knowledge of the following technologies: Security, VOIP, Wireless, Routing & Switching.
You must be able to receive and understand complex instructions, deal with high pressure and deliver objectives on time with a drive to learn and continually improve.
