Our Operations Engineer internships offer a unique chance to see whether this position is really the job for you. A sense of adventure and ambition are musts for this outdoor 24-hour, 365-day work environment, where long hours under pressure and dirty hands are to be expected. For an Operations Engineer internship, the minimum educational requirement is completion of second-year undergraduate studies in an engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical, Petroleum, or Chemical engineering. Work under the direction of an experienced engineering mentor on a variety of projects.
Interns work on real projects, intended to add material value to the company, not re-cycled projects for training purposes only. At the end of the summer, each student will present the results of their work to operations management. At Nabors interns are a part of the team, contributing to the success of our company.
Specific areas of responsibility will vary depending upon the particular project assigned. Engineers will present their planning, analysis, engineering and operational results to management.
