The opportunity:

We are seeking a responsible, energetic intern for Manufacturing Sciences who will be involved in a breadth of assignments related to the production of AAV gene therapy vectors including: data integration and analysis, preparation of technology transfer documents, evaluation and selection of manufacturing equipment, and report authoring. The candidate will have experience interest in pursuing a career in the fields of science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the configuration and operation of a Manufacturing Data Historian through coordination with key stakeholders throughout the REGENXBIO organization
  • Conduct analysis of manufacturing data in support of technology transfer and manufacturing investigations.
  • Support the authoring of technology transfer deliverables (process flow diagrams, sample plans and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Support authoring of manufacturing technical reports Support the authoring of User Requirement Specifications for manufacturing equipment

  • Enrolled in a BS or BA program
  • Basic understanding of biology and chemistry
  • Working proficiency in MS Excel
