In the position of PMO Analyst, you will be required to support the central PMO team to manage the Bank’s Change Investment Portfolio. You will continuously improve processes and embed best practice across IT & Change. You will undertake analysis into MI produced by the projects and programmes across the Portfolio and produce reports into the relevant governance meetings and to the regulators.
Key accountabilities
Lead training and coaching for programme and project teams on the Bank’s Change methodologies, processes, toolkits and templates
Support the Leads in the central Portfolio PMO team in providing appropriate management controls for the aggregate portfolio, including:
L0 / L1 Milestone delivery and timescales tracking
Quality assurance controls
Knowledge, skills and experience required
Good understanding of project controls and standards.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to assimilate and interpret information from many different sources.
Expert in project planning and dependency management
Senior level stakeholder engagement skills up to Exec.
Highly organised, with an eye for detail.
Advanced skills in MS office applications – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MSProject.
Proven presentation skills, both written and verbal to senior level audiences
Industry knowledge of change methodologies both Agile and Waterfall
Good understanding of Business strategy, design and planning
Proficient in cost & benefits management, reporting & tracking
