Teva Pharmaceuticals is looking to fill a Spray Drying Process Development Intern role in West Chester, PA. For this role, Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a graduate student with a background in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering or Pharmaceutical Engineering program. As an intern, you will help support Teva’s high concentration protein formulation development initiative.

Location: West Chester, PA
Length: 10 Weeks. June 1st – August 7th
Pay: $15.00/hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate spray drying process parameters to optimize protein spray drying process.
  • Perform stability characterization of reconstituted protein solutions with size exclusion chromatography, fluorescence and light scattering methods.
  • Present R&D poster in Teva R&D intern summit.
  • Follow the study designs or protocols to carry out the experiments.
  • Currently enrolled in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering or Pharmaceutical Engineering graduate program.
  • Has a basic understanding of laboratory skills (e.g. buffer preparations, lab safety, etc.) and computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Has a working knowledge or experience with Spray drying (Hands on experience mandatory).
