What are the objectives/goals of the position?

  • Understand and utilize bioassay principle to develop a novel method for generating FBS-free RSV and benefit over current method that uses FBS/generates inconsistent RSV batches.
  • Develop robust assay for determining RSV-therapeutic antibody/peptide relationship and biological functions

What are the primary duties of this position?

Conduct cell culture, bioassay training and assay design to evaluate the relationship between peptide/protein structure and biological function such as mAb’s anti-RSV activity

Position Requirements:

  • Seeking candidates pursuing a degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Bio/Chemical Engineering or other life sciences related major
  • Lab work experience, cell culture
  • data processing skills a plus
