The Digital Analytics and Insight team’s mission is to make data-driven decision making a reality, by providing robust analytics that is understood and utilised across the entire business. As a Digital Analyst, you’ll conduct customer and web analytics to understand customer behaviours and their interactions with the Digital Banking channels to identify, and recommend, ways to improve the customer experience overall Digital Sales and Service performance metrics.
We're looking for an ambitious graduate to develop their skills within the bank.
Responsible for the development of quality customer analytics and operational insights that evidentially contribute to the successful delivery of the Digital Sales and Service Performance Plans.
Responsible for the data quality and analysis to create compelling evidence-based and actionable data stories to share with stakeholders to drive decisions, inform the iterative design of the service or product in order to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and accuracy
Responsible for the development of targeting models, business rules and the appropriate test and learn measurement framework to support personalised Best Next Action.
Supports the development and delivery of Data Literacy Education initiatives to the Digital Team and wider Bank data communities.
Knowledge, skills and experience required
Educated with Numerate, Digital, Marketing or Computational Degree, or equivalent experience.
Experience of developing and delivering quality analytics and, ideally, commercially benefiting solutions.
Good knowledge of analytics and Data Visualisation techniques.
Experience of sourcing and quality checking different data sources.
Good communications and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of different analytical and data manipulation techniques.
Working knowledge of digital analytics solutions (such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) or traditional analytics solutions (such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, Data Visualisation – Tableau/Qlik/PowerBI)
