Bentley Retailer Academy offers training and development opportunities to support the Bentley Retailer network. The global network operates in 6 regions (UK, Europe, Americas, MEIA (Middle East, Africa and India), APAC (Asia Pacific) and China) reaching 59 countries. There are circa 4,000 personnel in the global retailer network operating out of 262 facilities.

The successful candidate will work in the Retailer Academy Central Operations team and will support with the digital and technology solutions used within the Retailer Academy. Some examples of this are the Learning Management Systems (LMS), Business Intelligence tools, eLearning and reporting. The role holder will support the operational activity within the team as well as having their own digital and technology projects to deliver.

Extraordinary Person 

You must have 3 A-Levels in relevant subjects at Grade C or above, or nationally recognised equivalents* including a Computer Science or IT related subject. 

You must also provide evidence of achieving Grade 4 (C) or above in Maths and English at GCSE level, or nationally recognised equivalents.

  • eg. BTEC Level 3 at Merit or above

Our degree apprenticeship is a fully funded, nationally recognised apprenticeship giving individuals the opportunity to gain qualifications whilst undertaking on-the job training and development. Working with a sponsoring manager who is an expert in their field you will base your time between one of our partner colleges and Universities and the Bentley site.

During your programme you will benefit from a wealth of support through both internal and external networks. You will learn through a mixture of academic and practical training. In addition to the formal side of your Apprenticeship you will also undertake a core training programme, which may include placements in associated departments to increase your skills and business knowledge. Apprentice forums with your peer group and workshops will assist with your personal, professional and technical development. In addition you will be expected to participate in community events where you will work with local charities or initiatives with local schools.
