Qualifications 

bioMerieux has an opening for a Process Engineer Intern in Durham, North Carolina. 

The Process Engineer Intern will provide support on ongoing studies and projects in the Industrialization Technology Transfer department.
 
Main Accountabilities:
  • Support New Product Development by facilitating technology transfer from Research and Development to Manufacturing through scale-up process/product development, product and process validation.
  • Assist in the analysis of process and product performance data to identify trends to predict potential failures and to aid in solving product and process problems
  • Perform a variety of testing using analytical chemistry and/or microbiological methods and instruments.
Qualifications: 
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited BS/BA program
  • Engineering or science major Preferred
  • GPA of 3.0 required
  • Preferred coursework experience in product development or process development
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Oral and written communications skills are required.
