As a Private Banking Executive you will assist the Private Bankers in acquiring, servicing and retaining clients to deliver overall business goals. You will become a key point of contact for the client for day-to-day operational matters, support the Private Banker in marketing products to clients, attending meetings, preparing notes and carrying out annual client reviews.

What will you be doing?

  • You will assist the Private Bankers in the management of day-to-day administration of client relationships – including payments, enquiries, meetings and documentation
  • Responding to client requests in a timely and professional manner, owning the task execution end to end
  • Assisting the Private Bankers in ensuring adherence to the Global KYC policy and complying with all regulatory and Wealth requirements
  • Acting as a liaison between the Private Banker and specialist product areas, e.g. Investment Management, Credit and Fiduciary
  • Maintaining up to date working knowledge of the markets, economic position, Barclays Wealth research view and product sets
  • You will perform daily operations and transactions on clients’ accounts

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong investment, fiduciary and banking product knowledge
  • Sound knowledge of banking, operational procedures, lending and security requirements
  • Relevant client facing experience in a PBE role or similar industry role
  • Russian language skills (other languages will be considered)

  • Up to date knowledge of relevant changes in the marketplace
  • A positive and self-motivated mindset
  • Good interpersonal skills and a strong team focus
  • Technically minded with strong IT skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
