WorldFirst is looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our Private Client Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with an interest in the International payment space and who enjoys delivering genuinely exceptional service to customers.

What you will be doing:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for client enquiries by phone and email, taking ownership of these and managing through to completion.
  • Reporting back on customer trends, helping us further develop our products and services.
  • Working with operational departments within the company to help ensure smooth running of the department.
  • Working closely with the relationship managers to improve the customer experience.
