Reporting to the Aerospace Regional Sales Manager and as part of our EMEA Sales Organisation this role is a customer relations position to support the users of Cirium’s solutions.
The role will focus on contributing to the success of the team by developing and maintaining relationships with users across the Cirium’s client base. Responsibilities will include supporting the user on-boarding process; training users, analysing usage reports and increasing the level of active users and overall user satisfaction. The role will include occasional international travel to conduct training with clients although most contact will be through conference calls, Webinar and e-mail.
