HP's MJF process is a complex transformational process that is driving cutting edge approaches for the collection and analysis of data. We are looking for curious and focused interns to jump into the data lake with us and use applied innovation in analytics and machine learning to help us advance our fundamental understanding of this exciting new science.
Skill sets And Experience You Should Have
We expect you to be an accomplished machine learning specialist, in particular, you must have at least one of following experiences
1) Research experience in applying deep learning to solve scientific problems; applied physics/hardware physical science background
2) Hands-on experience in deep learning; experience with recurrent neural network (e.g., LSTM) is a plus. Experience with generative adversarial networks and/or reinforcement learning
3) Hands-on experiences in established platforms; Tensorflow experience
4) Hands-on experience in applying deep learning to analyze sensing data including images and videos.

University students enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters advanced degree program for math, computer science or data science or machine learning, who have worked in a technical or non-technical internship role at HP during their study or during summer breaks are highly encouraged.
Education And Experience Required
Advance Bachelors's degree program (2nd year completed) or enrolled in Master's program.
