Q2 is seeking energetic, innovative, out-of-the-box thinkers with a passion for software and technology to join our 2020 Summer Internship Program. 

The Summer Internship Program is 12-weeks long (beginning May 27, 2020), and all positions are paid hourly with an average workweek of 40 hours. In addition to your project-based internship role, you will be given the opportunity for weekly learning sessions with Sr. Leadership, off-site activities with other Q2 Interns and the opportunity to present on your internship experience to the Executive Leadership team at the end of the program.

We are seeking a Summer Intern - Corporate IT Data & Integrations to help us maintain daily data operations as well as work on some small projects. Some of the technologies and concepts in which this person will gain experience include, but are not limited to, SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, Star Schema data models, business intelligence tools, and data governance. 

You will get real-world experience of what it takes to operate a data warehouse environment for a corporation. You will also have the opportunity to develop your SQL skills, create automated jobs, develop data models, build interactive dashboards and reports, and assist in the roll-out of the Q2 data governance program. 

  • Computer Science or MIS major
  • Preference would be given to candidates with SQL and database experience (Microsoft BI stack is a plus)
