We are looking for a SOC Analyst to play a key role in the delivery of our complex Cyber Security solutions offering.

We are looking for people that possess
Core Skills
  • Understanding of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) technology
  • Understanding of the current threat landscape
  • Understanding of Security and Networking techniques
  • To resolve escalations from other team members and will have a good knowledge of their working area, ITIL processes (specifically incident and change management) and required technical skills.
  • Develop an understanding of customer’s environment and service delivery requirements to enable the delivery of a first class service.
  • Technical Capability. Works under limited supervision, supporting technical queries related to a SIEM and IDS technologies
  • Problem Solving. Takes ownership for listening to and understanding basic customer problems asking relevant questions to resolve typically known problems within required timescales. Receives escalations from less experienced team members and knows when to further escalate.
