This full-time internship position will report to the Manager of Program Management, and work on a toy development design team consisting of Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Design, and Marketing.

You will help manage projects from concept through production, in collaboration with a worldwide, cross-functional team. Troubleshoot production level samples and make suggestions to fix defects, improve mechanisms, and guarantee end-consumer satisfaction. Position may be responsible for an introductory development project, TBD based on experience and company needs. Position will be introduced to a very wide variety of technologies, projects, and experiences.

You have:

  • Majors Requested: Mechanical, Aerospace, Automotive or related field
  • 3+ years of undergraduate engineering study preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • The ability and desire to work in a creative and team environment
  • Must be available a minimum of 40 hours a week

Preferred:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Understanding of Microsoft Project fundamentals
  • Comfortable with systems and data entry
  • Familiar with plastic manufacturing processes and engineering principals

Strong 'hand on' and creative problem-solving skills
