A Production Team Leader at Boeing Sheffield will be responsible for:

  • Reporting progress throughout the day, and participating in daily tier meetings
  • Using lean manufacturing principles and tools to optimize production
  • Attending informal Genba Walk, identify the gaps
  • Reviewing the KPI data
  • Assisting team members solve technical problems, providing assistance and troubleshooting production issues

Your skills:

  • You are studying in the field of Production Management, Manufacturing Management or Industrial Engineering
  • You are familiar with Lean Manufacturing
  • You have an experience to work on the projects
  • You are able to communicate with stakeholders in English
