We maintain and continually develop a highly effective IT infrastructure that meets the needs of our support centre teams and network of practices. We also look after the quality and reliability of all systems. From our telephony systems to the data warehouse where our management data is stored.
The purpose of this role is to play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the IT infrastructure department. Joining a busy team in a fast-paced environment we are looking for somebody who has good commercial experience within an IT infrastructure team, is confident speaking with and working closely with business users, is willing to learn and is a keen team player.
mydentist are at the beginning of a Windows 10 migration which will be a substantial part of this role. We are ideally looking for a candidate who has worked on a Windows 10 migration before and would be confident in being the Tech Lead on this project with us. Along with that SCCM admin experience would be required.
