Description

Dentsu Aegis Network is the home of multiple global media, digital and creative communications brands and services. Together, we help our clients build stronger consumer relationships through our distinctive and broad range of products and services across media, content, technology and data.

We believe that when you bring diverse and talented people with unique skills and different experiences together, then magic happens. For us, the most effective marketing solutions are created in the overlaps of expertise, and in the fusion of our combined specialisms. That’s why collaboration sits at the very heart of what we do, so when our clients work with one of us, they can access the full power of our group along the way.

Across our Northern offices, we have 600 passionate people in Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle and Edinburgh, who work across a complex and vibrant media eco-system. The largest media network of brands and people outside of London, we are connected and collaborative, and our best-in-class expertise and capabilities innovate the way brands are built for our clients.

We do things differently here at Dentsu Aegis Network, and we don’t believe that it’s vital for you to have a degree to join us; but if you do have one, then that’s great too!  Our Early Career’s programme is a chance for you to own your own career, with support from us to build solid foundations for the future! Whether you’re looking to establish a career in media planning, buying, digital, data or analytics, this is the scheme for you.

These roles are permanent, full time and will be starting in Summer 2020 (June - September) and will be on a starting salary of £17,550.

What’s the interview process?

Stage one:  Apply here!  (applications will be shortlisted in Jan/Feb 2020)

Stage two:  If selected you’ll be sent our gamification testing to complete in the comfort of your own home.

Stage three:  If successful you’ll be invited to attend an assessment centre, where you’ll have the chance to work in a team to answer a brief, present your response, and take part in a round of speed interviewing.

Stage four:  Successful candidates will be offered interviews for specific positions across the Dentsu Aegis Network!

Who are we looking for?

You are:  Enthusiastic, friendly, ambitious, with heaps of potential and hungry for experience in the advertising and media industry.

You want to:  Secure a role within a media specialty, from planning, buying, display and digital to analytics and account management, all within a dynamic and innovative working environment.

You're great at:  Learning quickly and adapt easily to new situations.

You’re keen to:  Joining a team that celebrates inclusivity, mobility & fluid talent, allowing people to grow & develop by working across different companies and providing excellent training & development opportunities.

What’s in it for you?

We offer everything you would expect from a large company – like 25 days’ holiday – and a few additions, like the opportunity to buy more holiday, flex your working hours and take 2 paid volunteering days each year to support charitable causes.  We also provide pension contributions, free eye tests, season ticket loans, a cycle to work scheme and a whole host of great local and national discounts from leading retailers that you’ll have access to as an employee.

You will also have access to Dentsu Aegis’ training and development programmes, and you’ll get to work closely with the world’s biggest media partners to access exclusive features and products.  Most importantly, you’ll be part of a fun and collaborative team and you’ll work in an environment where you are supported, pushed and developed.

We value the strength diversity brings to our business and are working hard to build a more inclusive workplace through partnerships with Stonewall, Business Disability Forum and Business in the Community’s race and gender equality campaigns.

We are happy to discuss all flexible and agile approaches to working for all our roles – we can’t promise we will be able to offer you everything you want or need but we do promise to discuss it with you openly and honestly.

If you have any reasonable adjustment needs arising from a disability or medical condition to fully participate in the recruitment process, please discuss this with the recruiter who contacts you.
