Job Description

NOTE: This posting is ONLY for international students not currently in the US on a student visa. If you are a non-citizen currently attending a university in the US, you are not eligible for the International Intern program. Please refer to the Bosch's other internship or co-op postings online.

Intern engineering student will become very familiar with the Bosch development process (BES-PE, CIP, Design Reviews, etc.), along with additional responsibilities which will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Analyzing customer requirements 
  • Evaluating fulfillment of requirements 
  • Conducting tests to support evaluation of component limits
  • Supporting engineering innovation process and ideas

You will additionally be required to assist in problem solving activities (production and or field returns), which may include:

  • Conducting root cause analysis
  • Supporting investigations
  • Project manager support

Qualifications 

  • International Student not currently studying in the United States
  • Available for 12 month term beginning in August/September 2019
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors/Masters/Doctoral level engineering program of study (or equivalent) at an accredited university, Mechanical Engineering (or similar) preferred.
  • Previous Bosch or diesel/automotive experience a plus.
  • Self-motivated candidates preferred
  • Minimum overall Grade Point Average of at least 3.0/4.0 (or equivalent)
