Responsible for ensuring regional regulations are followed in the Records Management process including the development, implementation, and maintenance of record retention schedules and the development of training materials for the function.
Works with internal and external parties to ensure proper policies and practices for Record Management are in place and development of record retention schedules meet industry requirements.
Reviews and may deliver documentation prepared for Board / Governance meetings and ensures that issues found in annual assessment are addressed and plans to correct them are implemented.
Plans and chairs regional level Record Management forums and manages bespoke projects that support international Record Management goals, including training programs to ensure proper procedures are followed.
Ensures Record Management queries and problems are dealt with promptly and works with stakeholders to develop goals for the Records Management function.
Reviews Records Management training materials and alignment to regulations and market practice.
