We are looking for a Service Operations Analyst to join our Service Operations team in Manchester, Salford Quays! 

As the Service Operations Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring the support of the Service Operations team by ensuring the tracking of actions and reporting to drive Service Excellence across Technology. 

How will I add value in this role? 

  • You will ensure the communication, reporting and ensuring actions tracked within the service operations function.
  • You will ensure that the Service Performance actions are completed
  • You will look after TLT reporting for Governance across Service Operations, including access control
  • You will create regular Management reports on Incident, Problem Management and adhoc reporting requests
  • You will also look after the Service Operations team page on our intranet (the Wire)
  • You will actively communicate via phone and email with other teams and suppliers.
  • You will Interface and track compliance actions within service Operations
  • You will conduct trend analysis of Priority 3 Incident tickets, and initiation of Problem investigations.

Must have:

1. Strong written, verbal & presentation skills

2. Experience of coordinating teams

3. Excel skills

4. Strong Analytical skills

5. Experience in IT

6. Service Operational approach

7. An excellent Team Player

Be great to also have:

1. ITIL Certified
2. Strong IT background
