We're looking for a Junior Systems Support Analyst to join our IT team, in this role you'll support our user community and business systems users on a day to day basis. You'll play an essential part in assisting the annual business lifecycle by providing incident management, data entry, system enhancements and testing. This represents a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to build their career in an IT function, but who may have only a limited experience, as we'll be able to help you to develop within your role. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide service desk support by responding to user requests and questions, researching and correcting system issues and following up with end users to ensure satisfaction of issue resolution
  • Track and monitors incident resolution in line with agreed SLA's, working with technology partners as required
  • Analyze, test and implement business rule changes, minor fixes and other system changes as required
  • Perform data entry and configuration in line with the seasonal requirements of the business
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing for software improvements or major system change, developing test cases and production of test documentation
  • Work with business owners produces documentation to support the implementation of changes
  • Contribute to the content of user training and education to minimizes the impact on systems support
  • Provide incident management reporting to Operations and Systems in line with defined requirements, identifying trends and recommending systems improvement and preventative actions 

The successful candidate will be someone with a real passion to join an IT function, they'll be exceptionally analytical with a keen eye for detail. It's essential you already have a good understanding of Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel as you'll need to build on this knowledge in order to be effective in your role. Exceptional communication skills are needed, as you'll be working with colleagues across our business, as well as a genuine understanding of what great customer service is. Knowledge of our business systems Starrez and Yardi would be highly advantageous, as well as an understanding of ITIL principles,  but is not essential.
