- Ensures that all agents use the same procedures.
- Gather information to help the agent improve their performance
- Facilitating calibration/group sessions regarding quality program
- Prepares reports for management staff review.
- Provides feedback to telemarketing team leaders and sales managers
- Proven experience as Telesales / Telemarketing Lead/Manager
- Outstanding communication skills and sales script methodology
- In depth understanding of sales process quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
- A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach
- Proficient in MS Office
