Within Natixis Capital Markets department, in connection with local Sales, Financial Engineering, Research, Communication, Legal and Compliance. Dedicated to the development of investment solutions marketing material and the coordination of new products launches in the area. Market awareness:
  • Use CRM and public data to find opportunities and trends
  • Sum up main market research ideas Collect trading axes
  • Be aware of European client's issues by coordinating with Financial Engineers
  • Define the good client's target for our offers Production:
    • Act as a product manager to support and grow product deployment and as a subject matter expert supporting both retail and institutional sales and client servicing efforts Coordinate the marketing approach of the area within Financial Engineering Management and review of new marketing and legally required documents for clients:
    • "Final Terms, factsheets, brochures, toolkits, webpages, etc." Ensure product complies with legal and regulatory requirements. Insure all marketing documents respect fully our compliance duties Improve and organize internal commercial, legal and regulatory databases Involvement in the production of Transversal Marketing Material: promotion of Natixis, financial figures and the global offering Coordination of the Digital Marketing for its area (product videos, webpages, etc.) in coordination with the Marketing Team, the Communication Team and the E-Business Team. In charge of roadshows (agenda, ideas, guests...) in connection with Sales, Financial Engineers, Research and Communication Teams. Produce all Marketing Documents and Market awareness:
    • Use CRM and public data to find opportunities and trends o Sum up main market research ideas Collect trading axes o Be aware of European client's issues by coordinating with Financial Engineers o Define the good client's target for our offers Production: Act as a product manager to support and grow product deployment and as a subject matter expert supporting both retail and institutional sales and client servicing efforts Coordinate the marketing approach of the area within Financial Engineering Work on the good product timing: reaction to market move, campaign calendar Maintain backtesting and simulation tools (when necessary) Management and review of new marketing and legally required documents for clients:
    • "Final Terms, factsheets, brochures, toolkits, webpages, etc." Ensure product complies with legal and regulatory requirements. Insure all marketing documents respect fully our compliance duties Coordination of the Digital Marketing for its area (product videos, webpages, etc.) in coordination with the Marketing Team, the Communication Team and the E-Business Team. In charge of roadshows (agenda, ideas, guests...) in connection with Sales, Financial Engineers, Research and Communication Teams. Produce all Marketing Documents and coordinate the Communication Team for the local logistic (hotel booking etc.). When requested, Sales support during client visits in order to promote our Marketing capacities. In charge of the local market review (competition analysis, quarterly report to all teams). In charge of monitoring the local marketing budget. Communication: Participate to the finetuning of the calendar of campaigns for products and solution Put in place the internal and external training when necessary Industrialise standard commercial documentation Make sure that communication events are leveraged for our offer Participate to internal communication (post on Yammer) and external communication (writing articles, preparing adverts) Follow-up: Collect and analyse sales feedbacks o Define and develop the good indicators to maximise marketing efficiency 0 Follow up of the transaction pipe and sales team's results Reports: o Produce various reports (indices, daily trades, pipe, etc.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

  • Strong knowledge of financial markets (especially of derivatives products)
  • Organisational rigour
  • Meeting deadlines for products' launches, reporting, product ideas. Editorial rigour o Good analytical skills
  • Organisation in the documents (i.e. layout, alignment, balance of the text, etc.)
  • Marketing know-how -
  • Capacities to build strong rationales and commercial speeches (product & ideas explanation, strengths & weaknesses, advantages for the customer, risk factors, etc.)
  • Learning abilities
  • First approach of Equity & Fixed Income Business
  • Products rationale, client concerns and expectations :
    • Capacities to understand and explain clearly all products,
    • Abilities to take into account Natixis Compliance requirements.
    • Abilities to work under pressure in order to deliver the marketing material
    • Coordination capacities, conviction and tenacity Empathy, team spirit, individual initiative.
    • Computer skills n PowerPoint, Word, Excel (VBA), Bloomberg
