Internship: Approximately 11 weeks; June 10th – August 16th / 23rd

As a member of the Arrow.com team, the Technical Business Analyst Intern will perform analysis and report creation across Arrow.com systems, databases and toolsets to support decision making and monitoring activities. This individual will be a liaison between the business unit and technical development/IT teams  

This role includes gathering requirements, reporting data, and working in a collaborative matrix style Agile environment.   

Responsibilities 

  • Learn and understand customer use cases and opportunities and how to create new value through development 
  • Work with the Project Management, Software Development, and Product Owner teams to successfully build new processes 
  • Identify and resolve gaps between new and existing business processes and applications 
  • Work with QA to validate that intent of the stories was accurately developed and work with developers to remediate any misunderstandings 
  • Help maintain the software product backlog and prioritize it based on ROI and business demands 
  • Work with team members and stakeholders across the country and around the world

Required Experience and Skills  

  • Minimum of a junior in an undergraduate program, pursuing a degree in Business Analysis, Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Science or related degree  
  • Some experience or interest in Technical Business Analysis or Product/Project Management
  • Higher education candidates preferred    

Preferred Experience  

  • Agile & Scrum methodology experience 
  • Experience in eCommerce, Engineering or Supply Chain 
  • Experience working on international projects
