The AEM Engineering Response Team (ERT) drives cross-functional response to critical technical incidents, acting as quarterback and customer advocate within Engineering, and as an expert representing the Engineering organization to our customers and partners. We ensure customer success by reducing the duration of escalations, increasing the quality of the response, and improving efficiency of engagements between Engineering and other Adobe teams. This internship opportunity will be focused on providing quantitative insights of customer interactions and product release metrics.
Specifically, we are seeking world-class problem solvers who have a passion for data collection and visualization with a focus on execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a combination of both technical skill and business acumen.
