DEADLINE: June 23, 2018 ELIGIBILITY To be considered for nomination as a SAPA Scholar, a student must: Be a high school senior who is planning to attend a full-time undergraduate program at an accredited four-year college/university with a major related to life sciences. Have a minimum GPA of 3.3 and a minimum SAT score of 2000 out of 2400 (or 1400 out of 1600 for new SAT) or ACT score of 30. Be a United States citizen or permanent resident (if applicable, please submit a photocopy of the Alien Registration Card, i.e., green card). APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLY: The Richard Harris Memorial Scholarship is open to the referred public, including family members and friends of NMR employees. The name of an NMR employee must be provided on the application. Applicants may apply on the NMR website ( www.nmrconsulting.com/about-us/#philanthropy ). SCHOLARSHIP CRITERIA Applicants must be able to provide the name of an NMR employee on the application. The scholarship must be used within one year of receipt and will be paid directly to an accredited program/institution. Funds may be applied to tuition, books, or laboratory fees. Funds may not be used for housing, transportation, meals, or incidental expenses. Must be a U.S. citizen. Must be a current full-time student at any high school, accredited university, graduate school, or equivalent within the United States. Must have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Must have declared a major and be pursuing a degree in, or closely related to a STEM discipline.
