In your first year as an Operations Associate, you will participate in the Operations Leadership Program. This is a hands-on management training program designed to develop team members into future leaders within Applied Medical’s Operations and Manufacturing teams. Your training program will cover process improvements, quality standards, leadership skills and much more.
