So who are we? We are the Trust’s leadership and management development team and we run a suite of programmes to support staff across Imperial. What do we want? We are looking for an outstanding administrator to support our award-winning leadership and management development programmes. This individual will have responsibility for the co-ordination of a number of our leadership programmes. The programme co-ordinator will be responsible for promoting our development programmes, managing the application process, liaising with participants and facilitators and ensuring sessions run smoothly and efficiently.
