Women are severely underrepresented in the field of cybersecurity to the detriment, we believe, of the industry as a whole.  To encourage young women to explore a career in this field, we are providing three scholarships for female students enrolled or enrolling in cybersecurity-related studies. The program was initiated by Morphisec’s VP of Product  Netta Schmeidler  and she serves as chairperson of the scholarship committee. It is an issue she cares about deeply, as you can read  in this article . WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY?  At Morphisec, we believe that diversity drives innovation and we strive to increase the number of women employed in cybersecurity and related fields. Morphisec knows the important role universities play in not just educating students but driving innovation. In fact, Morphisec has deep roots in the university environment and the company’s existence stems from the work and research of our  CSO Mordechai Guri, Ph.D. Given that our headquarters are located in Israel and the United States, Morphisec chose to roll out the scholarship program in these regions first.
