You will provide a professional, comprehensive and flexible second line maintenance for our PayPoint Retailers who have our ATM product within their store. You will also assist with technical support for external engineers who visit these stores ensuring we deliver a high- quality service in line with the overall objectives and SLAs. You will provide testing support within the Online Services team as well as more in depth troubleshooting of ongoing problems SOME KEY POINTS OF THE ROLE Engage in technical support to Retailers and Engineers which will consist of diagnosing faults, taking remedial action and raising service requests Build strong relationships with our Suppliers Convert ATM Technical information and communicate it’s meaning to Retailers and Engineers Ensure that our customer and service level standards are at the highest possible standards Make recommendations for service improvements Use a combination of monitoring tools to identify faults Undertake training of our Contact Centre Advisors to improve customer service and reduce escalations Have exposure to planning, testing and documents the new releases of our ATMs. WHAT WE WOULD LIKE FROM YOU GCSES Maths and English The ability to demonstrate effective customer service Previous experience of working within a contact centre or technical environment IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING Any ITIL Management understanding WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU You can expect a truly special experience working with us in our Head Office Location in Welwyn Garden City.
