We’re currently looking for a Graduate Business Analyst to join our Experian HD Decisions team. The role is an entry level role, it’s a brilliant opportunity for someone with limited analytical skills that is wanting to expand their knowledge and ability within a market leading organisation. Our office is based in Nottingham City Centre. The Role As our Graduate Business Analyst, you will be the go-to person for insights on the performance of our core services, this will include creating presentations and delivering the results. You will be responsible for monitoring the performance and maintaining the integrity of eligibility models and criteria. You will be asked to structure and complete ad-hoc analysis, such as marketing efficiency of campaigns, or studies into credit risk biases and support data exchanges with our customers and partners. You will support translating business needs into technical requirements and take ownership and responsibility for small solutions. You will be required to become well-versed in the meaning and structure of credit bureau data and helping scope business requirements of technical change. Could this be the role for you? We are looking for an exceptional graduate with a passion for data to work as a hybrid between Statistician, Business Analyst and Data Analyst. You must have a 2:1 or above university degree, ideally in a highly analytical subject and strong A levels particularly in Math’s. We will be looking for someone that is able to demonstrate good excel skills or similar analytical tools. You need to be someone that has agility to respond in a fast-paced environment and maintain professional demeanor under pressure with strong conceptual ability for analytical problem solving. Previous work experience in an analytical role would be a plus but it’s not essential.
