Responsible for utilizing tools to aid buying teams in managing skus through pricing, and to aid buying teams in forecasting and replenishment. Job Responsibilities Responsible for pricing of goods in order to stay competitive in the market. Utilizing tools to aid buying teams in managing skus through pricing, in forecasting and replenishment and product-specific analytics Responsible for mentoring other members of Demand Management Leading product management initiatives Develop their own projects for the team to carry out They may also receive assignments from Senior Demand Management Analysts Learn and apply new skills as required to ensure the company’s success. Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management. Follow legal policies as directed. Job Requirements Able to work independently and as part of a team; solid communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment Assertive, self starter, always willing to share ideas Work effectively with various departments to resolve issues, reach agreements, and collaborate on strategic initiatives 2-3 years experience in a data intensive role, preferably in a retail environment Expertise working in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Experience or familiarity with relational databases and statistical data analysis (intermediate skills in SQL and SAS programming a plus) Command of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel; excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
