Position Summary Compile and develop customer electric load data and sample statistics into meaningful reports for various internal and external clients. Ensure that standard statistical reports are complete each month for all assigned electric load samples. Assist Quantitative Analysts and Senior Analysts by designing spreadsheets, databases, procuring customer data, and producing necessary analytical reports. Candidate will also learn electric industry specific software such as Lodestar. Minimum Requirements Current student: Sophomore status by the end of the Spring semester. Please, no recent graduates. Pursuing a technical major such as economics, statistics, math, business or computer science. Must possess basic computer skills, preferably with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word and Excel). Good organizational, communication, and problem solving skills. Current GPA of 3.0 or higher Preferred MS Access experience Prior experience or interest with learning and using SAS data management and statistical software Preference given to candidates who are able to work 40 hours during the summer and 20 hours during the academic year at our downtown Denver location.
