Pcubed are looking for an Associate/ Graduate to work on an exciting regulatory change initiative with a blue-chip client within FS industry. A successful candidate will be involved in Compliance & Remediation work interfacing directly with the client stakeholders. The role will involve supporting client outreach, tracking and resolving client queries, information retrieval from databases and client systems, data reconciliation, performing data checks to ensure compliance with requirements and production of MIS. As the initiative involves deployment of new software to support the process, the role may require participation in UAT. Please note this role will be based full time in Birmingham , so successful candidates would either need to be able to commute or relocate. Pre-requisites: Outgoing, positive, inquisitive, can-do attitude required Bachelor degree in related discipline (engineering, business, economics, law etc.) Understanding of Business Analysis methodology and strong data analysis skills gained through education and work experience 1 year of business experience gained via internships and/ or graduate scheme (ideally in client services/ client facing role within FS). Logical thinker - adept at collecting, compiling, analyzing, and presenting data to key stakeholders Ability to build and foster client relationships – the role will involve direct client interactions Proficiency in MS Office Suite (particularly in Excel and Word), great communication and presentation skills Strong focus on service delivery, quality work product and exceeding project deliverables Why Join the Pcubed team? Travel Requirements Consultants are expected to work from a Birmingham base, but be flexible with regards to travel within the UK as you could be working away from home during the week.
